Calvin Armerding, LPC-S & Lindsay Hill, LPC are actively seeking motivated LPC Associates for supervision. Beyond helping you avoid ethical or legal difficulties, they help supervisees develop personally and professionally. Attention will be given to:

• Personal dynamics that affect and are affected by your work with clients

• Your approach to mental health treatment; at the end of supervision, you’ll be able to answer for yourself “Why do people do what they do, and how do they change?”

• Self-care and your personal well-being

• Developing a love of learning and a willingness to develop throughout your career

• Demonstration/modeling of tactics when needed
